Did you know that a standard sized ice cream scooper is one half cup?  I tested this last night then used it to scoop out soft margarine spread.  When my 7 year old saw it she thought it was awesome.  I said "That's one thing Rachael Ray probably doesn't know" and she said "Oh, she knows it all right"
