Julie left this in our comments section and it looks yummy:
Ingredients you will need:
- tortilla wrap (plain or flavored)
- chive flavored cream cheese
- sprouts (whatever kind you like)
- honey maple turkey (that's what I used but you can use whatever you prefer)
- baby swiss cheese
- cucumber
- submarine dressing or italian dressing
- salt and pepper
Take a tortilla wrap and spread a thin layer of the chive cream cheese all over it. Then add a few slices of turkey and swiss cheese. Slice the cucumber and put slices on top of cheese. Then pile it with sprouts. Give it a tiny dose of submarine dressing, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap it all up and slice it in two. Enjoy!
Fresh bagels (not frozen, simply because I hate frozen bagels)
Pizza cheese
Pizza sauce
Your choice of toppings
Butter
Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375. Butter open bagels and sprinkle with garlic powder and place face up on a cookie sheet in the oven for 5 minutes (*Mom Tip* Place on a wax sheet of paper for kids to help in the next step…you’ll see why)
Remove from oven and slide bagels off of the cookie sheet with the wax paper remaining underneath…now the kids can help with the next step
Top your pizzas however you want and place back on the pan and in the oven for another five minutes.
These were so delicious and so easy and quick. Totally passed the thumbs up all around test, too.
one loaf frozen bread dough.
one package pepperoni.
one package shredded mozzarella.
melted butter.
garlic salt and onion powder. or onion salt and garlic powder. i always get them mixed up.
thaw the dough. set it out on the counter the night before (make sure it's wrapped loosely in plastic wrap or it will get crusty on the outside!) the next night after work, sprinkle your counter with flour and roll the dough out as thin as you can. spread the melted butter on it. then put the pepperoni, cheese, and spices on it. roll it into a.... roll. pinch the openings closed, it helps if you overlap the edges. pick it up carefully and put it in a "u" shape on your cookie sheet. put the crack part up so the juices don't drip out. cook it at 350 for 20 minutes or so, until the bread gets golden-brown.
slice it up and eat it. wear a bib to catch all the drool that will pour from your mouth as you ingest the deliciousness.
my mom always served this with cold milk and cottage cheese.
